Dealflow’s Corporate Matchmaking Platform

Dealflow.eu opens its corporate-startup matchmaking platform, giving multinationals direct access to Europe’s most innovative deep-tech startups.

Built on +35 in-person Corporate Innovation Days with P&G, ABB, Philips and others, the platform makes the same matchmaking permanently available online, with 7,500+ EU-funded startups in its directory

Lisbon, 1 June 2026 –  Dealflow.eu today launched matchmaking.dealflow.eu, a platform that lets large corporates post innovation and procurement challenges and receive applications from Europe’s most innovative startups. The platform makes year-round what Dealflow.eu has been doing in person for years: connecting corporates with vetted, cutting-edge startups capable of delivering real pilot projects and procurement contracts.

Over the past two years, Dealflow.eu has organised more than 35 Corporate Innovation Days with leading European multinationals including P&G, ABB, Philips, Galp, Thales and Engie. On average, 20% of startups that pitched to our corporate clients have secured pilot and partnership deals, with an average of 70 startup applications per event. The new platform extends that proven model into a digital format available 24/7.

At the heart of the platform is a directory of over 7,500 EU-funded startups, companies that have won competitive grants from programmes such as the European Innovation Council and Horizon Europe, meaning each has been independently evaluated on the strength of its technology. Startups outside the EU funding ecosystem can also apply to join, subject to Dealflow.eu’s vetting process. For corporates, every startup on the platform has already cleared a credibility bar that the typical unsolicited pitch has not.

Corporates post innovation challenges and receive applications from startups that match their brief. The full pipeline is managed through a built-in backend. For every challenge posted – which are free to post – the Dealflow.eu team also actively scouts relevant startups from its network to apply. Corporates can browse the startup database by sector, geography, keyword, and more, and directly request pitch decks from relevant startups. This creates a two-sided model: innovation challenges attracting startups, combined with proactive discovery and outreach to targeted companies.

Startups can browse all open corporate challenges, apply to those that match their solution, and track the status of each application in one place.

“This platform is the natural next step for an ecosystem that has been telling us, loud and clear, that the connection between large corporates and innovative startups needs to be faster, more transparent, and always on”, said Thijs Povel, founder and CEO of Dealflow.eu. “We have spent years building the trust of both sides: the corporate innovation teams at Europe’s largest corporates and the thousands of EU-funded startups working on technologies Europe needs. The platform now puts both sides in the same room, every day of the year.”

“Our in-person Corporate Innovation Days have a proven format: clearly defined challenges, curated startups, and a networking setup designed for decision-makers”, adds Merel Kraaijenbrink, COO at Dealflow.eu. “What we have built online preserves that quality. Every challenge is structured, every startup application is reviewed, and our team continues to actively scout and surface the best matches for every corporate that joins. Corporates get a curated funnel, not a flood of cold pitches.”

The platform is the latest addition to Dealflow.eu’s suite of corporate-startup matchmaking services, which includes in-person events, curated scouting and advisory work for corporate innovation teams across Europe.Corporates and startups can register at matchmaking.dealflow.eu.
