Last year, German startup NVision won the Innovation Radar Prize 2022, and we had an inspiring conversation with CEO Sella Brosh. Recently, we received the amazing news that NVision achieved $30M last June in a Series A round from Playground Global, Entrée Capital, Lauder Partners, Pathena, b2venture, ES Kapital and Sparkasse Ulm. In our latest feature, we unveil our insightful discussion with Simo Ellilä, co-founder and CEO of eniferBio. This Finnish spin-off, stemming from the VTT Technical Research Centre, is dedicated to pioneering the future of the food system. At the core of eniferBio’s mission is the advancement of the PEKILO mycoprotein production process, the most efficient alternative protein procedure available.

During December 2022, this startup took part in Deaflow.eu’s #Food e-pitching event. As a result, eniferBio received support from Dealflow.eu, including investor readiness training and introductions to potential investors.

In this latest feature, we reveal our inspiring conversation with Tiago Lagarteira, the co-founder and CEO of Pixel Voltaic.
Following a brilliant presentation at Dealflow.eu’s University Spin-offs E-pitching event, Tiago shed light on his company’s mission. Pixel Voltaic emerged as a spin-off from the University of Porto and was recently split into two companies: Pixel Voltaic and Halius. Pixel Voltaic will continue to work on the development of laser ceiling for photovoltaic devices. Halius will take over Pixel Voltaic’s record-breaking clean hydrogen production.

This time, we met Nihal Engin Vrana, co-founder and CEO of Spartha Medical, a French Health Tech startup developing multifunctional coatings with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.

This time, we met Angela Liedler MD, CEO and main shareholder of Precisis, a German company specialised in the development of innovative medical devices. Its greatest success has been achieving CE mark for the minimally invasive brain pacemaker EASEE® for the treatment of focal epilepsies in adults. Dr. Angela Liedler participated in Dealflow.eu’s E-Pitching event dedicated to Female-Led Innovations. Following being considered the best pitch, the Precisis’ CEO was invited to participate as a speaker in Women Leadership Session, also organised by Dealflow.eu.
