About Dealflow.eu:

Dealflow.eu is a Venture Builder that collaborates with the €100bn framework program of the European Commission to discover and scale up the most promising European Startups. The startups are selected through a rigorous review process where only the best 1% of the applicants receive up to €2.5 million in grants and up to €15 million in equity match-financing. Dealflow.eu provides its support services for these selected startups and opens up its network to assist the EIC Fund*.

*The EIC Fund is the largest early-stage European investment fund. (+160 investments for around 700 million euro are under management.)

About the role:

• Challenging projects, where we support our Private Equity clients with placing the top-level management and board positions for their new acquisitions.
• Close involvement in the content of the entire project (from kick-off to completion).
• As we convert part of our fees to co-invest alongside our PE clients, we conduct a proper due diligence and analysis including market research, definition of target markets and target companies.
• You will drive the identification, development, and maintenance of candidate contacts.
• This can include making the initial contact, conducting the candidate interviews, and giving recommendations to our clients.

Your profile:

• Completed university studies.
• Existing experience in analysing complex economic contexts, corporate structures, and organizational forms.
• High degree of initiative, independence, and ambition to find the “perfect match” even for positions in very complex corporate environments.
• A proactive innovator that shows a high degree of initiative, independence, and ambition to find the “perfect match”, even for positions in very complex business environments.
• A proficient English speaker (business English).
• An empathic, collaborative, and positive team player.
• Optional: Someone with an existing network in Private Equity.
